So if you receive your order and there is a problem of any kind and you are not satisfied with your purchase we will refund your money.

Here is how we do it:

You have 14 days from delivery (we use 2 days from day of shipment to calculate the14 days) to have a full refund. We will refund the full original price (excluding shipping costs.) But …We pay the Return shipping cost.

Place your order back in the original box and packaging. Attach the enclosed return label and take it to the closest UPS store for return shipping.

(NOTE: The return labels are only good for shipment through UPS. They will not be processed through Canada Post or the US mail service.)

Once we receive the return package we will credit your original credit card a full refund. (Minus the original shipping cost).

If there are any problems with the returned products we will notify you before processing your refund.
